Keep your password private
Use a unique password you don't reuse on other sites, and never share it with anyone — including support staff. Rotate it immediately if you suspect it has been exposed.
Security FAQ — what if my password was shared or exposed?
- Rotate it now. Go to Account (or use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page) and set a brand-new password you've never used anywhere else.
- Sign out everywhere. After resetting, sign out and back in so any old sessions on other devices are invalidated.
- Check for reuse. If you used the same password on other sites, change it there too — attackers try leaked passwords across many services.
- Review recent activity. Look at your recent rides, vehicles, or admin actions for anything you didn't do, and report it to support.
- Never share passwords. Garihub staff will never ask for your password — not in chat, email, SMS, or calls.
